Senior Services offer free senior feedings
once a month in Franklin, La and once a month in Morgan City. No registration needed.
Food Boxes are given to seniors over 60 and to moms with children under six years of age. Other guidelines are implemented and applications are accepted at Central Office.

If you live in St. Mary and Vermilion Parish you may qualify for utility assistance. Please call for an appointment at Franklin Central Office or Abbeville Office. You must bring in current proof of income, social security card for everyone in the household. Applications are done by appointment only.

Louisiana Economic Development TANF Microenterprise Development Initiative
The initiative will provide outreach, technical assistance, support services, training, and access to credit to individuals with earned income levels below 200% of the federal poverty level for the purpose of preparing them to start and operate their own businesses.
The program targets parents or qualified caretakers of minor children in St. Mary and Vermilion parishes
